Deputy Michael McNamara asked the Minister for Social Protection if she will meet with a person (details supplied) who is dissatisfied with the requirements for the benefit payment for 65-year-olds in that a person must have 39 reckonable contributions paid or credited in the Governing Contribution Year (GCY); and if she will make a statement on the matter.
