Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health the number of HSE psychology managers with the specific title of "director of psychology"; the CHOs in which they are based; the difference between this title and "principal psychology manager"; how the title was conferred and by whom; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
