Deputy Dessie Ellis asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if he is aware that approximately 130 members of staff from the Dublin Fire Brigade have yet to be paid the pandemic special recognition payment; the qualifying criteria for this payment to members of the Dublin Fire Brigade; if any members of the service have been excluded from this payment; the reason they have been excluded and not deemed to fit the criteria for the payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
