Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs the number of times Ireland has been fined by the EU for delays in implementing EU Directives and for breaches of EU legislation, respectively; the nature of each fine; and the total financial value of each for each of the past ten years, in tabular form.
