The Houses of the Oireachtas Service has published its Gender Pay Gap Report for 2023 in line with legislative requirements.
Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 regulations require organisations with more than 250 employees to report on the hourly gender pay gap in their organisation across a range of metrics. The Houses of the Oireachtas Service published its first gender pay gap report in December 2022.
This report sets out the gender pay gap measures for the Houses of the Oireachtas Service for 2023.
