Joint Committee on Education and Skills to consider mid-year review of estimates

The Joint Committee on Education and Skills will tomorrow meet with the Minister for Education and Skills, Richard Bruton TD, to consider the Mid-year Review of 2016 Estimates for Public Services. The first part of the meeting will specifically focus on financial provision for Capital Services (primary and post primary levels) and the Special Needs Assistant (SNA) Scheme and then move on to reviewing the Department's expenditure generally.

The meeting will commence in public session at 9.00am in Committee Room 1, Leinster House, tomorrow, Thursday, 29th September 2016.
