Second Stage fixed for Wednesday, 26th February.
Possibly on Saturday.
Is it intended to issue any White Paper giving as much detailed information as is available? I ask that because the information circulated by the Government Bureau is not worth much.
It is all the information that can be given before the Bill comes before the House.
