Deputy Josepha Madigan asked the Minister for Education the measures being taken to backdate pay increases for Section 39 workers funded outside the HSE, particularly those under her Department; to provide clarification on the reason some section 39 workers have only received a partial funding for backpay related to 2023 and none for 2024, while remaining on the pre-WRC agreement pay scale; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
