On behalf of the Minister for Local Government and Public Health I move:—
That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses incurred by the Minister for Local Government and Public Health or any other Minister in carrying into effect any Act of the present Session to make further and better provision for the purchase of commodities by local authorities from contractors appointed officially, and for matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
