An application for consent to subdivide his holding was recently lodged on behalf of the person referred to by the Deputy. However, the requisite map outlining the proposed subdivision did not accompany the application and the solicitor acting for the owner has been asked to supply this. As soon as the necessary documentation has been lodged, the Land Commission will examine the application and communicate its decision.
