: The most recent work at the building in question was a scheme of repairs and maintenance. This included external and internal painting and redecoration, the replacement of four internal doors, the replacement of two windows, insulation of pipework and other works. The works, which cost approximately £7,500, were undertaken at the request of the relevant Department to get the premises ready for reoccupation.
