A public local inquiry into objections received by me against confirmation of the Thomondgate Area No. 3 Compulsory Purchase Order 1984 was held on 16 July 1985. I am not yet in a position to give my decision on the order but I can assure the Deputy that there will be no avoidable delay in processing matters arising from the inquiry and in the final determination of the case.
