asked the Minister for Justice the number of persons who have been (a) charged with and (b) convicted of offences committed in Northern Ireland under section 2 of the Criminal Law (Jurisdiction) Act, 1976, in the years 1976 to 1986 inclusive.

97.

asked the Minister for Justice the number of persons who have been (a) charged with and (b) convicted of the offence of membership of an illegal organisation under section 21 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939, in the years 1974 to 1986 inclusive.

98.

asked the Minister for Justice the number of persons who have been (a) charged before a Special Criminal Court and (b) convicted by such a court in the years 1972 to 1986 inclusive.

99.

asked the Minister for Justice the number of persons who have been convicted by (a) the District Court and (b) the Special Criminal Court in the years 1972 to 1986 inclusive for the offence of failing to give an account of their movements under section 52 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939.

I propose to take Questions Nos. 93, 95, 96, 97, 98 and 99 together.
