Vol. 411 No. 4

Written Answers. - Dunkineely (Donegal) National School, Extension.

Dinny McGinley

Question:

227 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for Education if plans have been submitted to her Department to extend Dunkineely national school in County Donegal; if these plans have been approved; if so, if she will outline the details of the extension considered; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Tenders for the proposed permanent extension to Dunkineely national school, County Donegal, have been received and are being examined. This examination will be completed at the earliest possible date when the question of the placing of the contract will be considered in the context of the available capital. The extension will contain two classrooms, a staff room and stores.
