I move:
That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 109 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Interception of Postal Packets and Telecommunications Messages (Regulation) Bill, 1992[Seanad], which had reached Committee Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 5th November, 1992, be restored to the Order Paper.
