291 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Education if her attention has been drawn to concerns that existing Montessori schools will be adversely affected by proposals in the Green Paper on Education; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

A number of submissions that I have received on the process of educational reform have concerned themselves with Montessori schools. These comments will receive full consideration in the process leading to the formulation of the White Paper.
