Vol. 438 No. 4

Written Answers. - Illegal Parking.

Tony Gregory

Question:

108 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if the attention of the Garda has been drawn to the recurring problem of cars parked on double yellow lines and on the footpath by a company (details supplied) in Dublin 7 which is causing serious problems for local residents; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I am informed by the Garda Authorities that local gardaí have no record of complaints from residents about illegal parking at the location in question. The Garda state that traffic wardens assigned to the area deal with all parking offences which come to their attention in the appropriate manner.
