Vol. 441 No. 1

Written Answers. - Alleged Criminal Activity.

Gay Mitchell

Question:

78 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Justice the complaints, if any, that have been received regarding the use of transcendental meditation; and the action, if any, that has been taken.

I am informed by the Garda authorities that they have not received any complaints of alleged criminal activity involving the use of transcendental meditation.

If the Deputy or any other person is aware of any such activity it should be brought to the attention of the Garda Síochána so that the matter can be investigated.
