Question:112 Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when payment of 1993 suckler cow, headage and beef premium will be made to persons (details supplied) in County Galway.

The applications of the persons named for the 1993 cattle headage, January 1993 special beef premium and June 1993 special beef premium schemes are being processed at present and any payments due will issue shortly. They have no suckler cow quota at present so they are not entitled to any 1993 suckler cow premium.

Question:113 Mr. Browne (Carlow-Kilkenny) asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim will receive payment of cattle and sheep headage; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
The person named was paid a 60 per cent advance under the 1993 cattle headage scheme on 2 December 1993 and the balance was paid on 17 June 1994. Payment of the 1993 sheep headage grant will be made shortly.

Question:114 Mr. Kenneally asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when the ten month beef premium which has been due for a number of months will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
My Department has no record of having received a special beef premium application under the ten month or 22 month schemes in 1993 from the person named. He did however apply in January 1994 under the ten month scheme. In accordance with EU regulations, payments under this scheme cannot commence before November 1994.

Question:115 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a person (details supplied) in County Cork will be paid the balance of her 1993 cattle headage.
The person named was overpaid by £610.40 on her 1989 cattle headage grant and the balance of her 1993 cattle headage grant has been offset against the overpayment, leaving £160.38 still to be recovered by my Department.

Question:117 Mr. Nealon asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when the remainder of the headage and suckler cow grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Sligo.
The person named has already been paid the full amount due to him under the 1993 cattle headage scheme. He was paid an advance on 3 December 1993 and the balance on 17 June 1994. He was paid an advance under the 1993 suckler cow premium scheme on 4 December 1993. This application is being processed further and any balance due will issue shortly.
