Vol. 444 No. 6

Written Answers. - Aer Lingus Transatlantic Fleet.

Phil Hogan

Question:

160 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications when a decision will be made to have the Aer Lingus Atlantic fleet stationed at Shannon; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The Aer Lingus translantic fleet is managed from Shannon by Aer Lingus Shannon plc. Aer Lingus has informed me that all Airbus A330 maintenance other than overhaul is performed at Shannon and that practically all A330 spares are located at Shannon.
