I propose to take Questions Nos. 385 and 386 together.

I intend to undertake one official trip abroad to Vienna between now and the end of the year. The purpose of the trip is to attend the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe High Level Preparatory Meeting for the Fourth World Conference on Women. The estimated cost is £1,200.

The number of official trips which I have made abroad since taking office is seven (7). One official accompanied me on five occasions and two officials accompanied me on one occasion. The total cost of these trips amounted to £5,300.
