Question:

226 Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when all outstanding arrears livestock payments will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Galway in view of the fact that all documentation requested by his Department on 16 November 1993, has been supplied for some time. [3086/94]

Outstanding payments due under the cattle headage and suckler cow schemes will be paid to the person named within the next three weeks.

Question:

227 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when compensation for TB reactors will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Monaghan. [3087/94]

Seventeen reactor grants due to the person named will be paid within the next few weeks. The delay in payment is due to the late submission of a disinfection certificate.

Two further reactor grants due will be proceeded for payment on receipt of a certificate from the Co-operative regarding milk supplied in 1993.
