99 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Health if he will bring forward his promised meeting with ICON to an earlier date in view of the seriousness of the issues raised by them regarding the drug crisis in Dublin's north inner city. [13050/95]
Limerick East): As the Deputy will be aware I have a heavy schedule of appointments and commitments. I am unable, therefore, to bring forward my meeting with ICON to an earlier date. However, an early meeting with senior officials of my Department can be arranged in the meantime to discuss any issues which are of concern to the organisation.
I also understand that a meeting will take place within the next week between representatives of ICON and the Eastern Health Board which has statutory responsibility for the provision of services for drug misusers in the Dublin area.
