121 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Health if he will request the relevant health board to make a financial allocation to a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath who submitted full details on the matter some time ago. [8620/97]

I understand from the Midland Health Board that it is currently seeking legal advice in the matter and will respond to the applicant at the earliest opportunity.
