57 Mr. Molloy asked the Minister for the Environment the substantial amendments, if any, to the Operational Programme for Transport 1994-1999 which have been notified to the European Commission; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6914/97]
In accordance with EU Regulations governing the Structural Funds, a mid-term review of the Operational Programme for Transport 1994-1999 must be undertaken by the monitoring committee for the programme. This review has not yet been concluded and, accordingly, no decisions regarding changes to the programme have been made.
