314 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of people charged or convicted of bringing drugs into any of the prisons; the number of charges levelled; the number of convictions handed down in the courts; the number of instances on a prison by prison basis where someone has been apprehended passing over drugs to a person either on remand or sentenced; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
