The integrated action area plan, commissioned by my Department to provide for the future development of the former Murphy Barracks property, has been submitted to Cork County Council for consideration in the context of a variation to the existing Cork County development plan. Discussions in this regard are ongoing with the county council and I expect that the property will be put on the market in the foreseeable future.
