168 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when land certificates will be provided to the Land Registry Office on a schedule (details supplied) in County Mayo to enable a registration for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo to proceed, as the delay is causing them great hardship and preventing a REP scheme application. Further efforts have been made in my Department to obtain the relevant land certificates. At this stage, one certificate remains outstanding and every effort will continue to be made to obtain this certificate.
