169 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if, further to the answers provided to Parliamentary Questions No. 162 of 5 October 1999, No. 75 of 10 February 2000, No. 143 of 27 June 2000 and No. 309 of 7 November 2000, he will inform Dáil Éireann of the immediate publication of the report which was the subject of those questions. Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (Mr. Walsh):

As indicated in my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 160 on 20 February 2001, the Environmental Protection Agency expects to complete a final report by the end of this month. It is my intention to submit the report to Government, after which I will arrange for its publication as soon as possible.
