Written Answers. - Schools Building Projects.

Paul McGrath

Question:

519 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for Education and Science the situation concerning the provision of new national schools at Coralstown and Dysart, County Westmeath. [20202/01]

Architectural planning for the provision of a new three-classroom school at Coralstown, County Westmeath is progressing. Architectural planning is also under way for the provision of a new two-classroom school at Dysart. However, the management authorities of the school have now applied for a third classroom. In view of the large number of school building projects being dealt with by my Department it is not possible to say at this point when construction will commence in either case.
