Question:294 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will take steps to ensure that the Garda station in Finglas, Dublin 11, is replaced at an early date. [20586/01]

The position in relation to the station referred to by the Deputy is essentially as set out in my reply to Question No. 408 on 15 May 2001. The options I referred to are currently being addressed in conjunction with the Garda authorities and the Office of Public Works.
