712 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when a sewerage scheme (details supplied) in County Mayo will be approved funding to allow it to progress to contract document and tender stages. [11503/03]

726 Dr. Cowley asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the steps his Department has taken to restore the sewerage treatment system in Kiltimagh, County Mayo; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11794/03]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 712 and 726 together.

Kiltimagh sewerage scheme has been approved for construction in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2002-04. My Department is awaiting the submission of additional information requested from Mayo County Council in March to facilitate further consideration of the preliminary report for the scheme.
