Question:1267 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government if he will introduce funding for a radon remediation grant to assist householders with the cost of reducing high radon gas levels in their homes as recommended. [20070/03]
It would not be practicable in current budgetary circumstances to provide for Exchequer funding of a radon remediation grant scheme in respect of domestic dwellings.
