I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Partnership and Cooperation between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and Mongolia, of the other part, signed at Ulaan Baatar, Mongolia, on 30th April, 2013, a copy of which was laid before the Dáil on 11th April, 2017, be referred to the Select Committee on Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Defence, in accordance with Standing Order 84A(3)(b), which, not later than 25th May, 2017, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 90, and Standing Order 89(2) shall accordingly apply.
