I have notice from Senator Honan that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications to clarify the present position of the new peat fired station in the midlands as outlined in the National Plan.
I have also received notice from Senator Taylor-Quinn of the following matter:
The deterioration of water quality in Lough Derg, its effect on water life and the action the Government proposes to take to control and improve the existing conditions.
I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
