View answerI understand that the rights in question were transferred on 10 March 1997 by the Land Commission to the then Department of Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands. The natural heritage functions of that Department are now vested in my Department. My Department is not aware of any outstanding issue relating to the matter raised in the Question.
