View answerDespite a thorough search of our records we have no trace of an application for disability allowance from the person concerned. An application form and information booklet for disability allowance has been sent directly to him today. He should complete and return this form in the freepost envelope provided, upon receipt of which, his entitlement will be examined.
His spouse is currently in receipt of jobseeker's benefit at the maximum basic weekly rate plus an adult dependent allowance and an allowance for 2 dependent children.
