View answerI can confirm to the Deputy that officials in my Department are in contact with the Chief State Solicitor's Office, who are currently working with the Solicitors acting on behalf of the landowners on the legal procedures and mechanisms required to facilitate as soon as practicable, the transfer of the land in the case to which he refers.
