Deputy Seán Kenny asked the Minister for Defence the cost of external agencies involved in recruitment campaigns to the Defence Forces for the years 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011; if he will provide the names of the companies; the fee structure involved; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
