View answerThe mortgage interest supplement claim of the person concerned was disallowed following a review of the applicant's circumstances. The designated person established that an entitlement no longer existed to mortgage interest supplement given the means of the applicant. The person concerned has been advised that it is open to him to submit an appeal to the social welfare appeals office.
