The person named purchased entitlements during the 2014 scheme year but he did not submit a Single Payment Scheme application in 2013, therefore he did not establish an automatic right to receive new entitlements under the Basic Payment Scheme in 2015. My Department will contact the person named to obtain further information to establish what options are available to him to activate his entitlements under the 2015 Basic Payment Scheme.
