280. Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of complaints lodged with An Garda Síochána regarding tweets in each of the years 2007 to 2016 and to date in 2017; the number of cautions issued in this regard in each of the years 2007 to 2016 and to date in 2017; the number of prosecutions arising from the complaints, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
