459. Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Education if she has received correspondence from a school (details supplied) in County Cork with regard to assistance in respect of the school's response to the Ukrainian crisis; if she will be in a position to facilitate its request in this regard; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I can advise the Deputy that I have received the correspondence referred to. My officials have recently responded directly to the school in question, thanking them for their efforts to assist those affected by the war in Ukraine, and advising on the appropriate steps to take in relation to their request.
