Deputy Maurice Quinlivan asked the Minister for Health the progress that has been made in establishing the trial 24/7 mental health de-escalation unit for Limerick, that is due to be operated jointly with members of An Garda Síochána; if he will provide a commencement date; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
