216. Deputy Alan Dillon asked the Minister for Transport to set out, in tabular form, the amounts invested nationally in each year from 2013 to 2022 in developing cycling infrastructure across Ireland; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24610/23]
View answerAs Minister for Transport, I have responsibility for policy and overall funding in relation to Active Travel. Funding is administered through the National Transport Authority (NTA), who, in partnership with local authorities, have responsibility for the selection of specific projects in each local authority area and the allocation of the relevant funding.
