87. Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Education when approval and funding will be given to a school (details supplied) for the provision of modular accommodation which is required to be in place for 30 August 2023; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [28780/23]
View answerThe school to which the deputy refers has been granted approval for 1 x 80m2 modular classroom under the Additional Accommodation Scheme 2022. The project is devolved to the School Authority for delivery. In order to progress this project, the Department awaits the relevant documentation from the school authority, the details of which are outlined in the initial approval letter. On receipt of same this project will be given further consideration.
