View answerMy Department undertook the 2022 Annual Pig Census on 23rd October 2022. The 2022 Annual Pig Census Report, providing a comprehensive breakdown of the data returned is published on my Department’s website at www.gov.ie/en/collection/0c3ec-national-pig-census/.
Table 4 of the 2022 Report provides a breakdown of pig numbers recorded in herds within specific size ranges (extract below) in 2022.
