Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health the number of patients under the age of 65 years, by county, treated for foot ulcerations, which did not require a full or partial limb amputation, in 2021, 2022 and 2023; the number of those patients who had diabetes; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
