The issues raised in this question are under active consideration and at present I am not in a position to make any further statement in the matter.
Considering that the judgment of the Supreme Court was given before Christmas last, that is, nearly three months ago, I should like to ask the Minister if he can indicate when the consideration will be finished and a definite reply given.
The matter requires detailed consideration. There has been no avoidable delay, and I do not expect that there will be any undue delay in coming to a decision.
