I move:—
That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses incurred under any Act of the present Session to amend the law relating to the investment of Government funds, Government moneys, moneys in court, and trust funds and to provide for the establishment of a committee to advise the Minister for Finance in relation to such investment.
